And this is precisely where our Managed Services package can help you out. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our own custom–built monitoring software system, which will keep track of all the important services. And in the event of any service crash, our server administrators will be warned instantaneously and they will resolve the trouble as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

If you have a high–profile site or a resource–heavy web application, it is mandatory to maintain a complete backup of everything. However, configuring an automatic backup system is quite challenging. This is the reason why we offer you our Managed Services solution – we pledge to maintain a complete backup of your VPS server, not only of your sites and hosted content, but also all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts run every week, saving all the configurations that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually infinite number of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software programs. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services offer, which allows you to ask any of our seasoned server administrators to install and configure any kind of software and to solve any trouble that you are experiencing with your VPS server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Plans.
